About the role

  • Developer role embedding Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to improve fundraising at The King's Trust. Collaborating with teams to deliver effective solutions that make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve solutions that make a real difference to how the organisation works.
  • Collaborate with a newly formed team bringing together developers, testers, and product-focused colleagues.
  • Deliver a modern, flexible solution to support fundraising and wider organisational needs.

Requirements

  • Play a key role in embedding our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Work closely with our fundraising teams to understand their needs and turn them into practical, well-designed solutions.
  • Involved in configuring and customising Dynamics 365.
  • Supporting integrations.
  • Helping to set good development standards across the team.
  • Experience in development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
