About the role
- Technical Consultant delivering Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions at Canon Business Services. Focused on development, client collaboration, and best practices adherence in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Actively contributing to hands-on development of Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participating in technical (code) reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go live activities.
- Share/presenting to the wider Solutions team to share knowledge/experience in project implementations.
- Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for CBS' clients.
- Attend onsite visits to clients when required.
Requirements
- More than 3 years' development experience with Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its development tools
- More than 3 years' development experience with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and its development tools
- More than 3 years' development experience with Power Automate
- Familiar and experience in two or more Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation/Project Operations, Field Services, etc.)
- Familiar and experience in Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, XRM toolbox, Azure DevOps.
- Familiar and experience of SSRS reports and Power BI integration with Power Platform.
- Customer facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform & experience in PCF development, scripting languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
