About the role
- Physical Therapist Float providing outpatient care across Manitowoc and Sheboygan areas. Role involves establishing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and flexible working hours in multiple settings.
Responsibilities
- Interprets physician referrals and completes evaluations
- Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment based on evaluation results
- Monitors and evaluates outcomes and adjusts treatment plans
- Completes required documentation following department policy
- Responsible for cleaning up after patient treatment
- Demonstrates skill in use of modalities and exercise equipment
- Participates in performance improvement activities
- Manages assigned caseload and assists with coverage
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the AHA
- Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which the team member practices (Wisconsin or Illinois)
