About the role
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant at Capgemini designing and optimizing HR solutions. Collaborating with clients to enhance their Employee Central journey from implementation to adoption.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements
- Advice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactors
- Lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution
- Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
- Configure the Employee Central module in SuccessFactors
- Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution
- Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage
- Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition
- Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support
- Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors EC end-to-end project experience
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC module is a must
- A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
- Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
- A native speaker in French or Dutch, at least baseline knowledge of the other language, and professional working proficiency in English
