Responsibilities
- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans for large scale projects for CXS
- Manage logistics and deliver key deliverables for CXS Senior Leaders
- Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
- Lead CXS business routines and identify ways to improve and streamline
- Use Google tools and features to organize and enhance information sharing
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in project or process management
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Suite Products
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in project or process management (preferred)
- 3+ years of Chief of Staff functions experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences (preferred)
