• Senior Project Analyst at Capco managing complex project tasks in Rio de Janeiro. Focused on project execution, resource organization, and strategic improvements within project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex tasks, being responsible for guiding and reviewing the execution of operational activities related to structuring, managing and monitoring action plans; critically analyzing complex problems involving projects, proposing solutions and implementing improvements in standards and processes.
• Responsible for the critical analysis of projects, evaluating whether resources (people, time, financial resources, materials, etc.), organization, and the definition of actions and managerial deadlines meet the operational needs of project teams, both in preparing resource plans and in monitoring, reassessing and replanning team activities, as well as providing input to justify deviations, when they occur.
• Recommend execution strategies and technologies, optimize scope and duration, and promote the dissemination of new technologies and best practices.
• Responsible for the critical analysis of the preparation, development, management, control, review and monitoring of project demands for Executive Management, including the projectization of PMB planning (up to 90 days), Tactical Planning (18 months), UMS Campaigns, Planned and Unplanned Shutdowns, hiring plans, material supply plans, among others.

Requirements

• Project Management: 7 (seven) years of proven experience in project management;
• Conflict Management: Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the team constructively, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment;
• Meeting Leadership: Experience in leading efficient meetings, keeping the focus on objectives and ensuring active participation from team members;
• Management Presentations: Ability to prepare and present progress reports and project results to senior management with clarity and confidence;
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administration, or related fields;
• Postgraduate: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or other areas related to the specialty, provided it is validated by contract management.
