Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma
- Bilingual (fluent in French and English) required
- Knowledge of disability insurance provisions and rehabilitation services is an asset
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various user interfaces and the Internet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and maintain a results-oriented focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in remote regions
