Requirements
- Strong prior experience as a software developer.
- Proficiency in at least one modern stack (backend or full-stack).
- Experience with building and consuming APIs.
- Microservices architecture.
- Data modeling and data access (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- AWS.
- Hands-on experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Clear technical communication and mentoring skills.
- Nice to have: experience in fintechs or the financial industry.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React), when applicable.
- Messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS).
- Observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards).
- Experience with high-scale distributed architectures.
