About the role
- You independently advise and represent our members in all matters of social insurance law, disability law, basic income support and compensation law, from submitting applications through to the objection procedure.
- You enjoy working with volunteers in the district association and the affiliated local branches.
- You proactively maintain member relations.
- Occasionally you are willing to take part in trade fair appearances, conferences or meetings.
Requirements
- You hold a completed degree or vocational qualification with solid knowledge of social law, or possess a comparable qualification or experience.
- You have experience in advising and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- You bring empathy together with a rational, structured approach.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications.
