About the role
- Graduate Engineer in Sprinkler Technology at Buro Happold, collaborating on international projects in Berlin. Engaging in planning and coordination of technical projects with global teams.
Responsibilities
- You provide design services in accordance with the service phases of HOAI/VDI and for sprinkler systems in accordance with VdS / NFPA or FM Global
- You assist in determining and verifying project implementation costs
- You contribute to the preparation of tender documentation
- Together with experienced colleagues, you take responsibility for the technical coordination of the design disciplines
- Collaboration with architects, clients and other specialist planners involved in the project
- You communicate and present planning results within the team and, where applicable, in external meetings
Requirements
- Dipl.-Ing. / Master craftsman (Meister) / Technician / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering or Energy Engineering
- Good knowledge of German standards
- Strong Revit skills and experience with industry-specific software such as SpriCAD/WinSprink (IDAT), MagiCAD Sprinkler Designer or SprinkCAD
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility
- The ambition and ability to consistently develop and present technically excellent solutions
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
