- Present results of analysis in sprint reviews, highlighting key implications (“so what?”) for the business
- Clarify and document business data definitions and requirements, including obtaining and formatting data from legacy systems using Excel, SQL, and Alteryx
- Take ownership of personal and professional development, staying up to date with new products and data management techniques
- Demonstrate awareness of relational database structures, principles, and practices
- Quantify value delivered to internal customers and champion data best practices, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Requirements
- Understanding of Cloud technologies, development approaches, tools, and techniques
- Experience with project management methods (e.g., agile, waterfall, Scrum)
- Experience working in Product and/or Agile teams
- Commercial experience in a related sector (e.g., insurance, healthcare) or function (e.g., marketing)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure value delivered
