Responsibilities
- Assess the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and tailor motor vehicle insurance solutions for businesses across all sectors
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and adjusters/experts
- Manage tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales with client acquisition and annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in motor vehicle (auto) insurance
- Ideally experience managing large fleets
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build close client relationships
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
