About the role

  • Insurance consultant managing client needs and providing guidance on retirement planning. Engaging with clients and supporting them in their corporate and private insurance matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assess individual insurance needs of clients in the area of retirement and pension provision
  • Act as a point of contact for occupational and private retirement provision matters for our client base
  • Manage and maintain portfolios of corporate and private clients
  • Handle cases comprehensively, aiming for case closure where possible
  • Work closely with the internal office/support team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Advise on and propose solutions within the scope of corporate benefits concepts

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services specialist (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Alternatively, career changers with appropriate expertise are welcome
  • Enjoy providing customer service and building close client relationships; committed to delivering customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working with a team-first mindset and within our family-like work environment
