Responsibilities
Lead the operations, performance, and profitability of food services
Ensure consistency in customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance
Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost controls
Oversee daily operations across 4–6 restaurant locations
Conduct restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and key personnel
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Promote a positive, respectful, and high-engagement work culture
Implement corrective action plans for operational gaps
Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (fast food or fast casual preferred)
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and POS systems
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for frequent travel between SC locations.
Demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
Some foodservice experience.
Dynamic and engaging personality.
Servsafe certified or ability to be certified within 30 days of employment.
Solid computer skills and familiar with social media platforms.
Ability to multitask.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant reporting tools
