Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions
- Develop and maintain test frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient testing across the enterprise
- Contribute to improving automation frameworks to ensure maintainable and scalable test automation for the platform
- Define and enforce testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices across the SDLC
- Analyze and address complex problems, performance bottlenecks, and quality gaps in systems to enhance software efficiency and robustness
- Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on automating testing within the build and deployment process
- Design, develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions to ensure system reliability and predictability
- Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams to support best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation
- Mentor and assist junior engineers in adopting automation practices and test methodologies
- Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area
- 5+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering
