Responsibilities
Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisions
Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
Work alongside marketing teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
Research on new solutions and offerings
Deep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics.
Requirements
4+ years of agency experience or the like
A broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
Strong conceptual thinking
Intimate knowledge of industry tools
Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
Great communication skills
Takes criticism very well
Deep understanding of current trends.
