About the role

  • Area Sales Manager focusing on Castrol HD business in assigned geography. Driving sales growth and managing key accounts through distribution and direct engagement with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth of Castrol brands in assigned geography
  • Ensure sales force is supported and trained
  • Prospecting and pipeline development in Salesforce
  • Manage territory optimally using PowerBI
  • Train DSRs on prospecting and closing business
  • Onboard new OEM, HDNA, TA accounts as required
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage account relationships

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 80% travel required (50-60% overnight)
  • Strong digital sales platform skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to implement advanced value selling techniques
  • Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with large customers
