Responsibilities
- Lead the design process across multiple briefs, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment
- Deliver crafted design assets consistent with brand and campaign direction
- Act as a client-facing design lead, articulating creative rationale confidently
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver integrated social-first campaigns
- Eventually lead, coach and mentor junior and midweight designers
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior designer (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of social-first assets creation
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Experience in Red Giant and Cinema 4D or equivalent are a bonus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
