Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery across social-first and integrated campaigns
- Building playbooks, quarterly content plans, and managing social-first shoots
- Creating and maintaining timing plans
- Booking and managing resources in collaboration with Operations
- Briefing and debriefing internal teams
- Confident client communication and day-to-day troubleshooting
- Booking and leading meetings
- Managing budgets and commercials
- Anticipating risks, removing blockers, and guiding teams through ambiguity
- Creating a positive delivery environment that supports teams to do their best work
Requirements
- You'll have agency experience, ideally within social-first and/or integrated environments
- You'll have midweight → senior client facing project management experience
- You'll understand the pace and mechanics of delivering full-service campaigns
- You're confident managing burn and scope to protect project profitability
- It would be great if you have experience working on influencer campaigns although this is not required
- You'll be a confident decision-maker who owns outcomes
- You'll be able to anticipate issues before they arise and keep work moving
- You're skilled at addressing client needs and concerns, both client-facing and internally
- It would be great if you have global and/or multi-market experience
