About the role
- Workday SME supporting HCM and Financial implementations at Booker DiMaio. Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Towson, MD and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday HCM and Financial Management platforms.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs.
- Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, validation rules, and condition logic.
- Build and support custom Workday reports.
- Diagnose and resolve application and integration issues.
- Develop and manage integrations between Workday and external systems including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
- Monitor scheduled integrations and troubleshoot data errors or failures.
- Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)
- At least two (2) years of experience administering or supporting enterprise systems such as Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Reporting, and web services
- Direct Workday experience within implementation or post-production environments
- Excellent understanding of business processes with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting HCM, Payroll, and Financial systems
