About the role

  • Workday SME supporting HCM and Financial implementations at Booker DiMaio. Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Towson, MD and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday HCM and Financial Management platforms.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, validation rules, and condition logic.
  • Build and support custom Workday reports.
  • Diagnose and resolve application and integration issues.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Workday and external systems including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
  • Monitor scheduled integrations and troubleshoot data errors or failures.
  • Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet operational and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)
  • At least two (2) years of experience administering or supporting enterprise systems such as Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Reporting, and web services
  • Direct Workday experience within implementation or post-production environments
  • Excellent understanding of business processes with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience supporting HCM, Payroll, and Financial systems
