Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large BCA datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and relevant insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through data analysis
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 3+ years of experience with SQL coding; experience using SAP BI tools and creating data visualizations (Tableau, Spotfire)
- 3+ years of experience using a variety of techniques and tools to analyze the data stored in databases, data warehouses and/ or data marts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience with ETL processes
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with analytical and problem-solving
- Experience with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
