- Product Designer responsible for design solutions and user experience at Banco Bmg. Collaborating in a hybrid work setting to innovate banking services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in evolving and maintaining product consistency;
- Work together with the Product Owner (PO) on prioritization, understanding business requirements and building the product vision;
- Work end-to-end in the design process;
- Use different design methods, such as journey maps, navigation flows, prototyping, research, testing, and others;
- Conduct research focused on deep user understanding (e.g., usability tests, benchmarking and interviews);
- Create solution hypotheses based on available data or data gathered from experiments run in the product;
- Document and share the user insights obtained;
- Propose tools and improvements to the design process that increase team productivity, supported by arguments and evidence.
Requirements
- Experience with Discovery and Delivery processes in the product cycle;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Proven experience designing interface solutions based on data;
- Ability to analyze the end-to-end user journey to ensure the best experience;
- Experience with UX methodologies: user journeys, personas, service blueprint, etc.;
- Experience facilitating co-creation workshops and dynamics;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team;
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Design, Communication or related fields;
- Preferably experience in the banking and/or financial sector;
- Knowledge of Design Systems;
- Experience with agile methodologies for product development.
