About the role
- Lead QA processes in the software factory of Blue Technology, focusing on quality and automation. Collaborate with teams to ensure excellence in deliverables and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the QA area within the software factory.
- Structure and standardize testing processes across multiple projects and clients.
- Ensure quality, predictability and reduction of defects in production.
- Define testing strategies (functional, regression, automated, performance and security).
- Implement and evolve test automation integrated with CI/CD.
- Track metrics such as production bugs, rework, test coverage and technical SLAs.
- Act as a bridge between development, project management and executive leadership.
- Lead and develop the QA team, promoting a preventative culture (shift-left).
