Senior Full-Stack Engineer owning systems end-to-end at Bliro. Lead technical initiatives and create AI-native product experiences in a small elite team.
Responsibilities
Own systems, not tickets. Take full responsibility for major product areas from database schema to deployment pipeline. You scope, build, ship, and iterate.
Build AI-native product experiences. Design and implement the backend services and frontend interfaces that power Bliro's personal AI assistant - real-time transcription, intelligent summaries, automated CRM syncs, and agentic workflows.
Set the technical bar. Help us establish patterns, conventions, and guardrails that the engineering team will build on.
Ship across the stack. Work in TypeScript/React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, MongoDB for persistence, and Azure for infrastructure. You're comfortable in most areas in this stack.
Lead by example. Drive architectural decisions in code reviews, and create a culture where quality and velocity aren't trade-offs.
Requirements
Strong computer science fundamentals from a top-tier university (TUM, ETH, RWTH, KIT, or equivalent)
3-5 years of hands-on full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Deep understanding of MongoDB or similar document databases at scale
Experience designing and operating production backend systems
Track record of owning and shipping complex features end-to-end, ideally in a startup or as a technical co-founder
Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and system design - loosely held
Experience building or scaling your own product (side project, startup, open-source)
Previous CTO, tech lead, or founding engineer role
Familiarity with LLM integration patterns such as prompt engineering, structured outputs, agent architectures
Electron or desktop app development experience
Azure or AWS infrastructure experience (serverless, container apps, CI/CD)
Understanding of compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) in production systems.
