Responsibilities
Project execution: You participate in acquiring, planning, and delivering projects both on-site and remotely, enabling customers to work with our LiDAR solutions.
Customer ownership: You take full responsibility for collaborating with our customers and understand how our solutions can efficiently solve their problems.
On-site support: You visit customers on-site to assist with installation, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on technical support.
Solution development: You contribute your own ideas by writing code to continuously improve and extend our LiDAR solutions.
Customer support: You provide 1st and 2nd level support, proactively resolve issues, and handle problem resolution in case of customer complaints.
Cross-team coordination: You coordinate with our sales and development teams regarding prioritization and scope of customer projects and new product features.
Brand representation: You represent Blickfeld at international trade shows, events, and trainings, building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
Professional experience: Professional experience is not mandatory. We welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals looking to develop in a customer-facing technical role.
Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
Hands-on mindset: You are a proactive, hands-on person with a strong sense of responsibility and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Programming skills: You have good knowledge of at least one programming language.
Software stack experience: Experience with Python, Node-RED, or C++ is a major plus.
System and network knowledge: You have a basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and network technologies.
Communication skills: You possess excellent communication skills and the composure required to support customers as a competent point of contact.
Development tools: Knowledge of Git and continuous integration toolchains is an advantage.
Analytical skills: Experience and interest in data analysis are an advantage.
Languages: Very good written and spoken English and German (minimum C1 level in both languages) are required.
