About the role

- Perform other tasks to support the attorneys in the department on projects involving corporate matters, succession and estate planning, as well as Corporate and Family Governance.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Knowledge of the legislation, in particular the Civil Code with respect to rules applicable to family and succession law, as well as corporate law and the Brazilian Corporations Law (Lei das S/A);
- General understanding of Tax Law;
- At least four years of prior experience in the Corporate area.
