About the role
- Behavior Technician providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in Brooklyn, NY. Supporting children with Autism while helping them develop behavior and skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism
- Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans
- Collect and record session data using electronic devices
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate with families and the clinical team in English and Spanish
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and professionalism
- Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training
- Ability to commit for at least six months
