Behavior Technician providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in Brooklyn, NY. Supporting children with Autism while helping them develop behavior and skills.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism
Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans
Collect and record session data using electronic devices
Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Communicate with families and the clinical team in English and Spanish
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for working with children with Autism
Patience, compassion, and professionalism
Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training
Ability to commit for at least six months
