About the role
- Senior QA Engineer ensuring stream quality and reliability across environments for AI security solutions. Collaborating in Agile environment to drive quality improvement and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and ensure stream quality, reliability, and performance across multiple servers and environments
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests
- Develop and maintain test automation using Bash and Python; contribute to scalable automation frameworks
- Perform advanced root-cause analysis using logs, dashboards, and internal QA tools (e.g. Grafana, testing pages, media players)
- Define, classify, and troubleshoot stream, video, and audio issues, following established debug procedures
- Review and optimize configurations, test data, and QA workflows to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Analyze QA and system metrics, create dashboards, and clearly communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain high-quality QA documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and SDLC processes
- Act as a senior QA contributor and mentor, sharing best practices and supporting overall team quality maturity
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual testing focus)
- Strong understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and defect lifecycle
- Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience using test management tools (e.g. TestRail or similar)
- Solid understanding of APIs and backend communication
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple queries for data validation
- Understanding of basic data structures and client–server architecture
- Experience in testing complex web-based systems
