  • Gerente Comercial leading a sales team to improve field operations at BILHETERIA DIGITAL, focused on event solutions. Responsible for strategic planning and team management in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to the sales team
  • Set clear, measurable targets for the team
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Identify the best regions, sectors and opportunities to maximize efforts
  • Monitor sales in real time and track team performance
  • Analyze sales reports and evaluate key indicators
  • Support sales representatives in managing relationships with key clients
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that salespeople cannot resolve

Requirements

  • Experience in the events or beverage industry
  • Availability to travel and for work-related trips
  • Valid driver's license (CNH)
