About the role

- Collaborate within your team to deliver features as defined by the Product Owner
- Develop and maintain JavaScript code
- Work closely with QA to ensure functionality meets requirements and is bug-free
- Develop code using Preact and Node.js
- Follow coding standards and ensure performance alignment with Google Web Vitals
- Extend and maintain APIs
- Create and update documentation
- Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
Requirements
- Experience with Web Development programming languages Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Understanding general design patterns for Web
- Good grasp of what a REST API is and its place in the innerworkings of web ecosystems
- Some level of knowledge around build tools
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress)
- Good understanding of version control methodologies
- Experience as an employee or freelancer in delivering projects is a plus
