Responsibilities
- Designing, building and maintaining product in an end-to-end fashion
- Contributing to product discovery and technical decision making with a strong business outcome mindset
- Writing clean, scalable and maintainable code across different layers of our architecture
- Ensuring performance, reliability and security of the product developed, while being cost efficient
- Participating in code reviews and actively contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers and other Engineers in outcome-oriented squads
- Taking ownership of features from idea to production, including monitoring and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Solid experience in software engineering
- Experience working across both backend and frontend layers
- Expertise in backend or frontend (not limiting to that expertise)
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for what you build
- Comfortable working in agile, product-first environments
- Curiosity about current practices such as AI assisted development and modern engineering workflows
- Aim for high standards without compromising on pragmatism
- Able to communicate in English
