Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
- Professional Engineer License.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
