About the role

  • HTML5 Banner Designer creating high-performing banners for digital campaigns at Benrey. Collaborating with creative teams to ensure visual consistency and quality across formats.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design HTML5 banners and other static or interactive advertising assets for digital campaigns
  • Prepare visual concepts and adapt them to multiple formats and languages
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and content creators to ensure creative consistency
  • Optimize banners for performance, load time, and ad network requirements (Google Ads, DV360, etc.)
  • Ensure visual quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and pixel-perfect execution
  • Research and apply best practices in banner design and interactivity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an HTML5 or Digital Designer
  • Portfolio showcasing HTML5 banners or interactive ad work
  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to design and production
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
  • Strong communication skills and sense of ownership for your work
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and animation libraries like GSAP
  • Experience in creating banners using Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, or other HTML5 tools
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to digital advertising
  • Ability to produce user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging designs
  • Skill in maintaining brand consistency across multiple formats and campaigns
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Codex) for workflow or code assistance (Nice to have)
  • Experience with AI image generation for creative asset variations (Nice to have)
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles (CSS or GSAP-based transitions) (Nice to have)
