About the role
- Telecom Analyst supporting communication systems, ensuring performance and availability in hybrid model. Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting and interaction with customers and teams for access releases.
Responsibilities
- Perform configurations on 4G/5G/SD-WAN equipment
- Perform frequency adjustments and technical diagnostics
- Monitor the availability and performance of clients' telecom links
- Perform remote maintenance to recover equipment
- Organize and keep access documentation and operational information up to date
- Provide support for SIM cards/eSIMs
- Update availability reports and KPIs for external clients
- Provide technical support to field teams during maintenance and interventions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for telecom infrastructure and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields (preferred)
- Certifications such as CCNA, NSE, SD-WAN vendor-specific certifications or equivalents
- Technical training in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications
- Knowledge of networks and routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
