- Project Manager overseeing Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central projects for Belmont Lavan Ltd. Leading project lifecycle, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business users, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Oversee data migration and integration processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Facilitate testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure that documentation and training materials are created and maintained for end-users.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full lifecycle projects in a software implementation environment.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex project dynamics under pressure.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system configuration.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP concepts, particularly in sales and customer service domains.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
