About the role
- Telecom Analyst with 2+ years of experience in project development and incident monitoring in telecommunications. Working with cross-functional teams to enhance telecom services.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining monitoring criteria for prevention, incident handling and root-cause identification in telecommunications environments;
- Monitor resource performance, identifying and proposing improvements;
- Participate in the development of telecom projects and products;
- Configure new environments and perform integrations with partner products;
- Support internal teams, audits and vendors;
- Supervise and mentor team members and support other areas that require information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology field such as Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate teams and present results;
- Technical writing skills for preparing advanced documents and corporate policies;
- Autonomy for technical decision-making and project leadership;
- Analytical profile, with mentoring capability, strategic collaboration and business-oriented mindset;
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Hard skills:
- Voice gateway/Session Border Controller configurations (Khomp/TelcoBridges);
- SIP PBX;
- Predictive dialers;
- TCP/IP networks;
- GNU/Linux – administration of services, users, processes and configurations;
- Knowledge of programming languages (PHP/Python/Bash);
- Database knowledge (MySQL/SQL Server);
