About the role

- Edit short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Assist in the planning, curation, and execution of social media campaigns for artist releases

- Organize and manage raw video files and maintain a structured content library
- Set up and manage social media accounts, including account warming and community management
- Support in curating in-house social media channels (e.g., carousel and meme pages on TikTok) to promote music
- Register new TikTok accounts and curate video libraries for projects (downloading videos, assets, and images for campaigns)
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
