About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for growing market share in NAPOC business units. Collaborating with Home Health agencies and developing new opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Identify new opportunities and increase penetration across all accounts
  • Work with key decision makers to understand their needs and priorities
  • Develop account plans to increase market share
  • Provide input on strategic product development through interactions with customers
  • Develop strong relationships with key distributor partners
  • Maintain awareness of competitive environment and communicate market intelligence
  • Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to promote products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of sales work experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of increased responsibility and sales performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision making capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Valid driver’s license required, reliable transportation needed
