About the role

  • Clinical Sales Specialist providing clinical expertise and support to drive business success across Belgium. Partnering with healthcare providers and showcasing BD’s innovative solutions for better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support both internal teams and external customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to enhance and align clinical tools that bring our strategy to life.
  • Clearly demonstrate how our products fit into diverse clinical practices and settings.
  • Monitor competitor activity to help the sales team highlight our unique value propositions.
  • Build and nurture a strong Key Opinion Leader network across strategic areas like Oncology, Anesthesia, and Intensive Care.
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers within hospitals.
  • Serve as the clinical expert on the team, offering guidance and insights that drive success.
  • Collaborate with European and international colleagues to design, adapt, and implement impactful programs in the region.

Requirements

  • Hold a nursing degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bring experience from the medical devices industry, ideally with infusion pumps or similar patient care equipment.
  • Candidates transitioning from hospital or healthcare provider roles into the industry are welcome.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value and results.
