Responsibilities
Concentrate on driving strategic sales efforts to secure profitable new corporate travel accounts and retain existing clients
Responsible for lead generation and leveraging networking opportunities
Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective account management on acquisition of this new business
Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions
Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assure performance review delivery for down line employees
Perform or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Extensive years of relevant work experience as a Sales Director at corporate level with proven success
Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation in English
Computer literate in business software applications
Ability and willingness to travel domestically
