About the role

• Project Manager overseeing localization project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Confirm project requirements, align workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with the production team, including Project Managers and Vendor Managers, to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines and budgets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors, including progress updates, deadline confirmations, issue resolution, and change discussions.
• Oversee quality assurance processes by coordinating with linguists and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Prepare, review, and deliver project files on time while meeting quality standards.
• Manage and close purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing requests, providing solutions, and managing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Certification or solid knowledge in project planning, budgeting, risk management, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of CAT and QA tools.
• Good understanding of localization services such as MTPE, DTP,LE, Media, E-learning, and AI.
• Solid knowledge of localization engineering concepts.
