About the role

  • Customer Segment Consultant managing reporting and operational processes for financial center operations at Bank of America. Streamlining reporting solutions and supporting governance and quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, automating, and managing a comprehensive reporting portfolio
  • Streamlining and modernizing manual reporting
  • End-to-end ownership of reporting solutions
  • Monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for automation and quality assurance
  • Supporting governance activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Detail oriented and possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective comprehension and listening skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel - Basic & Complex formulas
  • Excellent PC skills including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate multi-tasking skills to handle various task/responsibilities
  • Must display decision making ability
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must display organizational skills
