  • Tax Manager-NFP responsible for delivering tax and advisory services to nonprofit clients. Leading client relations and providing mentorship while managing engagements in a renowned CPA firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide various tax and advisory services to nonprofits
  • Review and analyze nonprofit tax returns
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to clients
  • Lead and plan client engagements
  • Manage and build client relationships
  • Effectively delegate and oversee work efforts
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state nonprofit tax laws
  • Invest in professional development
  • Support the growth and development of team members

Requirements

  • CPA, EA or JD required
  • Five (5)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance, preferably in the nonprofit tax area
  • Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise others
  • Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
