Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective security measures are implemented and maintained across your main site and any additional sites you may support.
- Responding to security‑related issues and working proactively to keep personnel safe.
- Providing professional, high‑quality security support, adapting flexibly to changing operational needs.
- Assisting with site security administration, documentation and incident reporting.
- Supporting colleagues, covering tasks as needed, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including confidence using Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive and calm approach to managing security situations.
- Strong people skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- A genuine interest in developing security experience within defence‑related environments.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
