About the role

• Teamleiter Softwareentwickler guiding a team of developers in a hybrid role. Overseeing project architecture and team development while collaborating with product management.

Responsibilities

• You are the direct line manager of a team of software developers, remove obstacles for them, and provide technical guidance.
• Through regular, critical code reviews and coaching you ensure a clean, robust, and up-to-date application architecture.
• As a passionate and experienced developer, you enjoy tackling challenging coding topics.
• You act as, or develop into, the technical partner (“technical buddy”) to our product management, supporting them with your expertise.
• Through regular one-on-one meetings you stay close to your colleagues, identify issues before they escalate, and develop each team member to ensure optimal team performance.
• You enjoy networking within the company to discuss solutions with other development leads on equal footing and to collaborate on problem solving.
• You regularly take advantage of our training, further education, and certification offerings to stay current methodologically and technically and to continuously improve.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL)
• Interest in taking the step into first-line management
• Enjoyment of communication and working with people
• Team player with flexibility
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
