Requirements
- Completed vocational qualification as a special needs educator (Heilpädagoge/Heilpädagogin) or as an early childhood educator (Erzieher*in) with an additional special-needs qualification
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Empathy
- Social competence and the ability to work independently, with a high level of personal responsibility
- Team player
- Enjoyment in working with children and a good understanding of their living environment
- Valid car driving license
- Enhanced criminal record check
