Requirements
- 15+ years total experience
- 5+ years in finance leadership roles
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA-Finance from a top institution
- Proven experience managing FP&A, controllership, and audit in high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue operations, and B2B subscription economics
- Hands-on with Excel/BI tools
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Ambitious, detail-driven, and motivated to evolve into a CFO role within 2–3 years
