Responsibilities

• You support the coordination of management for our external personnel, including onboarding, ongoing support, and offboarding.
• You assist our People Leads and other cross-functional roles with organizational and administrative tasks.
• You maintain and optimize overviews, processes, and documentation, and prepare meetings to ensure smooth collaboration.
• You actively contribute to the development of our business unit and support organizational realignment.
• You have the opportunity to develop in forward-looking areas, e.g., organizational development, Scrum, or knowledge building (for example, AI-related topics).

Requirements

• You are enrolled from the 3rd semester of a Bachelor's program or in a Master's program in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a structured, reliable, and careful way of working.
• You work independently, are curious, and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You communicate clearly and openly and value teamwork.
• You have an interest in working in an IT environment, organizational matters, and agile collaboration.
