About the role
- Project Engineer developing and maintaining Master Batch Records at PA Solutions in Antwerp. Supporting the COMET team with production processes and quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Vertaling van productieprocessen naar MBR’s en aanverwante master data.
- Hierbij hou je rekening met de strenge procedures eigen aan farmaceutische industrie: Quality Standards, current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions.
- Dagelijkse interdepartementale contacten met supervisie binnen productie en kwaliteit.
- Occasionele internationale contacten
- Leiden van verbeteringsprojecten in het kader van kwaliteit
- Actieve participatie in projectteams, operationele teams & systeem teams
- Verantwoordelijk voor gebruikersondersteuning van je Master Batch records (inclusief opleiden en begeleiden), occasioneel ook na de kantooruren
- Nauwe samenwerking met IT & automatisatie
Requirements
- Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijk door ervaring
- Interesse in MES/ERP systemen en hun interfaces / affiniteit met computersystemen
- Sterk analytisch vermogen met inzicht in de farmaceutische productie- en wetenschappelijke processen.
- Accuraat kunnen werken, right-first-time werk is essentieel in deze functie
- Hands-on mentaliteit, initiatief nemen
- Bereid om in te stappen in een wachtdienst met beurtrol (met gepaste vergoeding)
- Goed in planning & organisatie, zelfstandig
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels (woord en geschrift)
- Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden
- Volgende zaken strekken tot aanbeveling (geen must): Ervaring in vergelijkbare functie of industrie, Kennis van SQL, Python, SCADA, PLC, Lean – Six Sigma.
