About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Group's site safety and security policy
- Define, document and maintain security procedures
- Supervise access control systems
- Organize and coordinate evacuation drills

Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law, Compliance, HSE, Security, Risk Management, Cybersecurity or equivalent
- Proven experience in a cross-functional role combining site security, physical security and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, site security and fire safety standards (ERP/IGH, SSIAP)
- Solid understanding of GDPR and the role of the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Ability to structure processes, procedures and Group-level frameworks
- Comfortable managing external service providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English required
